• All regular priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please see Non-Returnable below.

  • Sale items & items purchased using discount codes are eligible for a one-time exchange or store credit.
  • All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged, must be free of makeup, have all tags attached and in resalable condition when returned.

  • Returns will be processed within 5-7 working days of your package being delivered to our facility.

  • Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

  • We do not provide return labels. It is the customer’s obligation for return shipping costs and re-shipping costs for exchanges. 

  • Please be sure to obtain tracking with your shipment as well as a note inside the package indicating your Top Glam Shop order #. 

  • Top Glam Shop will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

  • Late returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. 


Exchange Processing Time:


  • Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 working days of your package being delivered to our facility, given stock availability.

  • If item is not available, we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the product price. 

  • We offer one exchange for each item. 




  • Sale items and items purchased using discount codes may be exchanged once, or receive store credit, within 14 days of of item being delivered to you. 

  • Store credits issued never expires.

  • Custom-made, swimwear, jewelry and bodysuits: FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom-made items are specially made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. 
  • Luxury gowns can only be exchanged one-time to deter “wardrobing.”
