RETURNS:

  • Eligible merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please see Non-Returnable below.

  • All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged, must be free of makeup, have all tags attached and in resalable condition when returned.

  • Returns will be processed within 5-7 working days of your package being delivered to our facility.

  • Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

  • We do not provide return labels. It is the customer’s obligation for return shipping costs and re-shipping costs for exchanges. 

  • Please be sure to obtain tracking with your shipment as well as a note inside the package indicating your Top Glam Shop order #. 

  • Top Glam Shop will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

  • Late returns cannot be accepted and will be mailed back.

 

Exchange Processing Time:

  • Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 working days of your package being delivered to our facility, given stock availability.

  • If item is not available, we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the product price. 

  • We offer one exchange for each item. 

 

NON-RETURNABLE:

  • Sale items and items purchased using discount codes are non-refundable and may only be exchanged or receive store credit, within 7 days of package being delivered to our facility. Store credit never expires.

  • Luxury gowns and items over $200 can only be exchanged to deter “wardrobing.” 

  • Custom-made, swimwear and bodysuits: FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
